Cladwinds Ltd Terms & Conditions

• We will ensure that the design of your Conservatory is in accordance with Cladwinds Ltd safe glazing practices and to the specification ordered in the contract.
  
  
• In addtion to your statutory rights we will provide you with a Guarantee once the conservatory is delivered and the final payment has been made in full. We will guarantee our product against defective workmanship and materials for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery.
• The guarantee does not apply if any such affect is caused by misuse,aduse or failure to properly install and maintain or any thereof or results of fair ware and tear.
  
• Customers to obtain permission and consent from authorities, landlords, co-owners and any person that might have and interest in your property.

• We do NOT undertake structual surveys, and therefore, if any work cannot be completed, or any damage is caused through structal or other defects in your property, we cannot be responsible for this
  The glass supplied by us is of good commercial quality, but optical phenomenon or minor cosmetic blemishes occur in such glass due to the manufacturing process. any such matters will not, in these circumstances, be covered by the company,s guarantee. We do not warrant that our product in all circumstances will reduce or eliminate condensation as this depends on the prevailing conditions in and around the building where the product is installed and these conditions are beyond our control. Accordingly any such matters will not , in these circumstances , be covered by the Company.s Guarantee.
• With certain products some maintenance may be required.We can take no responsibility for damaged caused by the failure to maintain the complete installation or part thereof. when we fit brass coloured door or window furniture we cannot gaurantee that these will not discolour with age or use.

• At the time of entering into this agreement a deposit equivalent to 10% or 25% of the price stated overleaf together, with the VAT payable thereon at the prevailing rate is required to be paid to us (10%for the modular range and 25% for a made to measure). The balance of the price stated overleaf, together with the VAT payable thereon at the prevailing rate, is due and payable prior to delivery. The purchaser shall not be entitled to withhold by reason of alleged minor defect. The Company will investigate any alleged defects within seven days after payment in full of the balance payable.

• Balance of payment can be made in cash, Bankers draft, Building Society draft,credit card or payment by personal cheque, the cheque must reach us 7 days prior to delivery to allow bank clearance of such monies.

WARRANTY & INDEMNITY FOR BOTH OF US

• By entering this aggrement you shall be deemed to have acknowledged and noted the terms and conditions and in particular the obligations placed upon you to satisfy yourself, by taking indepenndant advive if necessary , as to the effect of the proposed installation upon the structure of adjacent or surroundind buildings and that the Company shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from structual or other defects arising out of your installation of these products
  
  

These Terms and Conditions shall not be constructed so as to affect your statutory or common law rights.
