Installation of a Warmer Roof system on a beautiful Grade 2 listed building in Clapham, Bedford to still allow for light to flood in to the property.
Our client purchased a beautiful listed building that required work on the main lounge area, we were then contacted as the client wanted to create a new roof with an area of borrowed light but incorporate a warmer roof to maximise the insulation factor but still allow for light to flood in.
Seeing that this was an important listed building, we helped to provide permission through the local authority and worked with the conservation office to achieve the right result for the client.
