Our client contacted us looking for a new garden room extension. She wanted Bi-folding doors to the front to open out onto her extensive garden, this was a challenge as the site had a rising garden of around 1.5 meters, a substantial amount of ground needed to be removed and a retaining wall built around to create a large patio area.

This was completed and required a move of an existing manhole, with the new cleared area, this created a wonderful patio area for her enjoyment.
